Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent.

2. Account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Credits and Pricing

• The Service uses pre-purchased credits. One credit = one generated image.
• Daily generation limit: 100 images per user.
• If a generation fails (API error, content policy rejection, etc.), the credit is automatically refunded.
• Prices are listed on the pricing page, tax inclusive.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Because credits are digital and immediately usable, we generally do not provide refunds after purchase. We will consider individual cases where the Service has materially failed to function.

5. Your Content and Generated Images

• You retain all rights to the photos you upload.
• You retain all rights to the images we generate for you. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes.
• We do not use your uploaded or generated images to train AI models.
• AI-generated images may inadvertently resemble third-party works or persons. We do not warrant non-infringement and you assume responsibility for how you use the output.

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself, or photos of any person without their consent.
• Generate or attempt to generate sexual or explicit content involving minors.
• Generate images intended to impersonate real public figures or to deceive others about identity.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including fraud, harassment, defamation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, scrape the Service in bulk, or perform load attacks.
• Resell credits or access to the Service to third parties.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Third-Party Compliance

The Service generates images you may upload to dating apps. Each dating app has its own rules about edited or AI-generated photos. You are responsible for compliance with those rules.

8. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee likeness fidelity, image quality, or specific outcomes.
• Generation may be denied by upstream providers (e.g., OpenAI's content policy).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any damages resulting from such changes.

11. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time from My Page. Closing your account permanently deletes your registration data, generation history, and remaining credits. Remaining credits are not refunded on account closure.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when we change the Service. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
